• Power, Water, Dry Firewood, Local Phone Calls, Wired/Wireless Broadband Internet Connection (email PC with SKYPE onsite with Fax/Scanner/Printer) are All Provided in Rental Price
• Professional Cleaning provided after your departure is  " Free with your Rental" .  But  Please-Please leave our home in a reasonable condition.
•  Any special extra cleaning required or damage will be debitted to your account.

• Many guests bring their own linen. OR Free Linen Packs for 3 bedrooms 6 persons are Now available in the house (Provision of use-- must be cleaned prior to departure or extra fees apply).  OR Linen Packs available from our Property Manager for an extra fee.
• No Pets Allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house (outside only, please remove your smoking rubbish).
• Departure time: 10:00AM (late departure may be available by arrangement --- additional fee may apply. We try to be flexable. But Ask)
